Terms of service

Last updated October 26, 2026

The agreement between you and Digize for using Digize, in plain words.

These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Digize. By creating an account or using Digize, you agree to them. If you use Digize for a business, you agree to them for that business too.

Your account

Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Workspaces and your team

A workspace belongs to the business that creates it. Its owners decide who joins and what each person can do, and are responsible for the people they invite and the API keys they create.

What you can't do

  • Publish or sell anything illegal, or that infringes someone's rights.
  • Send texts or emails to people who haven't agreed to get them, or break the rules for marketing messages where you or they are.
  • Spread malware, or attack Digize or anyone else through it.
  • Get around Digize's limits, or into accounts and workspaces that aren't yours.
  • Resell Digize itself without our agreement.

Your content

What you put into Digize stays yours. You give us permission to host, copy, process and show it only as needed to run Digize for you. You're responsible for having the right to use it, including your customers' personal data, as the privacy policy describes.

Selling with Digize

Your customers pay into your own Stripe account, under Stripe's terms. You're the seller, so your products, prices, taxes, refunds and customers are your responsibility.

Services you connect

Integrations such as Stripe, Twilio and the ad platforms are run by other companies, under their own terms. We aren't responsible for them.

Fees

Digize is priced by use, as the pricing page sets out. Each month we invoice what your workspace used past the free amounts and charge the card on file. Prices don't include taxes, which we add where the law requires. We'll tell you before prices change.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Digize running and your data safe, but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or remove features. If a change takes away something you rely on, we'll tell you first.

Ending

You can stop using Digize and delete your workspaces at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or go unpaid, and we'll tell you why unless the law or someone's safety stops us.

Disclaimers and liability

Digize is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you ahead of time by email or in the app. Using Digize after a change means you accept it.
