Privacy policy
Last updated October 26, 2026
What personal data we handle when you visit this site or use Digize, why we handle it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Digize provides a workspace for businesses: sites, a store, a CRM, automations, ads, analytics, reviews and an AI agent. "We" and "us" in this policy mean Digize. Questions about it go to privacy@digize.com.
Two kinds of data
- Data about you, the people who use Digize. We decide how it's used, and this policy covers it.
- Data your workspace keeps about your customers, such as contacts, orders and messages. Your business decides how it's used, and we handle it on your behalf, only to run Digize for you. Your own privacy policy covers it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and password, which we store only as a hash, and the workspaces you belong to with your role in each.
- Your sign-ins: the sessions you're signed in on, with their IP address and device, so you can see and end them.
- Workspace content: what you and your team put into Digize, such as sites, products, contacts, messages, files and settings.
- Billing details: your billing email, company details and invoices. Stripe holds your card; we see only its brand, last four digits and expiry date.
- Usage: how much each workspace uses of what we meter, such as text messages, emails and storage, so we can bill it.
- Messages with us: what you send us, and our replies.
How we use it
- To provide Digize and run your workspaces.
- To keep it secure, for example with bot checks when you sign up and limits on repeated sign-in attempts.
- To bill workspaces for what they use.
- To send the emails Digize needs to, such as sign-in codes, invoices and notice of important changes.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To improve Digize, using usage figures added up across workspaces.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it's kept
On Cloudflare's network. Each workspace's data is kept in a database of its own, and its files in storage under the workspace. Cloudflare has data centers in many countries, so your data may be handled outside the country you're in.
Who we share it with
- Companies that run parts of Digize for us: Cloudflare, for hosting, storage, email delivery and bot checks, and Stripe, for billing.
- Services you connect, such as Stripe for your own payments, Twilio for text messages, Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft and Pinterest for ads, or Slack, QuickBooks, Xero and Zapier. They get data only when you connect them, and only what they need to do what you asked.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account or workspace exists. Deleting a workspace in Settings › Danger zone deletes its data. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data, except what the law says we must keep, such as invoices.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your personal data, and object to how we use it. Write to privacy@digize.com.
If you think we've got something wrong, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies
Digize sets only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, and others that remember your theme and how you left the sidebar. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Digize is for businesses, and isn't meant for anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll also tell you by email or in the app. The terms explain the rest of how Digize works.
